I.N.R.E. Investment (hereafter “We”, “Us”) takes into particular account the confidentiality and secrecy of the personal data of the users who visit or use the services provided by the internet site www.inreinvest.com (hereafter “Site”).

The following notice is drafted in compliance with the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Which data can be collected

Registration data – personal data (Name, Surname, Address, Fiscal Code, VAT Identification Number,) and contact information (phone and mobile phone number, e-mail address). 

Other personal data – the information that you provide directly to us filling the fields required for the registration.

Use of the Website – information related to your activity on the Site, how you use our services and how you process our communications. No information collected by cookies regarding your personal data is acquired by the Site. We do not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor are used persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.

How we keep your Personal Data secure

We use a wide range of security measures to improve the protection, security, integrity and accessibility of your Personal Data. 

All your Personal Data is stored on our protected servers (or secure hard copies) or on those of our suppliers, and is accessible and usable according to our standards and security policies (or equivalent standards for our suppliers). 

How long we keep your Data for

We keep your Personal Data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which is has been collected or for any other legitimate related purpose. If your Data serves two different purposes, we will keep it until the longer-term purpose has been achieved but we will no longer use the Data for the purpose that has been already fulfilled.

Fulfilment of contractual obligations: Data processed to fulfill contractual obligations may be kept for the entire duration of the contract and, in any case, no longer than the subsequent 10 years, to verify any possible pending case, including accounting documents (such as invoices). 

Marketing activities: Data processed for marketing purposes may be kept for 24 months from the date on which we obtained your last expression of consent for this purpose (unless you revoke it at an earlier date). 

Customer satisfaction surveys: Data processed for this purpose may be kept for 24 months from the date on which we obtained your last expression of consent for this purpose (unless you revoke it at an earlier date). 

In case of disputes: should there be the need to defend our rights or to make a claim against you or any third party, we may keep the Personal Data that we consider reasonably necessary for these purposes, for the period necessary for the claim to be made. 

Who we can share your personal data with

Your Personal Data may be accessed by authorized employees and suppliers providing support for the service provision. If necessary, they are appointed data processors.

Furthermore, we inform you that to complete the purchase on the Site you will be redirected to the platforms that provide this type of service. The Data you will provide within these platforms will be processed exclusively by the management of said platforms, as independent data processors of the data file, without any notice to us.

Your data protection rights and your right to lodge complaints with the supervisory authority 

Under certain conditions you have the right to request: 

  • access to your Personal Data;
  • a copy of the Personal Data you have provided to us (so-called portability); 
  • the correction of your Personal Data held by the Data Controller;
  • the erasure of your Personal Data when the legal basis for processing it does no longer exist;
  • objection to the processing of Data as provided by the applicable legislation;
  • limitation of the processing of your Personal Data within the limits set by the legislation on the protection of Personal Data;
  • revocation of your previously expressed consent.
